Meet Kimberley Bhagat
Founder & Director
Strategic Visionary
Kimberley Bhagat is the Founder and Director of Event Childcare Group and a childcare entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience working with children and families. A mum of two, she launched her first childcare business at just 21 years old before going on to successfully run a preschool, children's party company and holiday club for over a decade.
Holding a Degree in Child Development, Kimberley later founded the award-winning Little Wedding Crèche before launching Event Childcare Group to provide specialist childcare for conferences, corporate events, exhibitions and productions across the UK.
Passionate about creating safe, engaging and inclusive experiences, Kimberley and her trusted team help event organisers support families while ensuring children feel valued, entertained and cared for throughout every event.

Amelia is a highly experienced childcare professional and proud mum to two wonderful daughters. With over 20 years of experience working with children, she is passionate about supporting children's learning, development and emotional wellbeing in a fun, nurturing and engaging environment.
Holding a Level 3 NNEB Diploma in Childcare and Education, Amelia has worked across a variety of childcare settings, including as a Deputy Nursery Manager, private nanny and Early Years Practitioner within a primary school. She has extensive training in safeguarding, child behaviour management, EAL and paediatric first aid.
As a valued member of our team for the past five years, Amelia loves creating safe, happy and engaging spaces where children can thrive while parents relax and enjoy their event with complete peace of mind. Her warm, caring approach and wealth of experience make her a trusted favourite with both children and families.

I have a calm, nurturing, and organised approach when working with babies and children.
With over 24 years of experience supporting children and families, my background includes working hands on within family homes, running my own childcare business, and gaining experience across schools and nursery settings. I also carry out assessments within early years environments, supporting high standards of care and best practice for those working with children.
I have experience supporting children with a wide range of SEN needs and feel privileged to be part of the wonderful team at Little Wedding Crèche, a group of highly professional early years practitioners who come together to help create a relaxed, magical experience for couples and their families on such a special day.

Nicky is a mother of one. She is warm, reliable, patient and genuinely loves helping children have fun and build their confidence.
With over 15 years of experience working with children, Nicky combines a calm and nurturing approach with plenty of fun, creativity, and energy. As both a qualified Primary School Teacher and SENCo (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator), she has extensive experience supporting children aged 3–13, including children with ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, sensory needs, and emotional regulation.
Nicky builds strong, trusting relationships with children. She understands that every child is different and takes the time to really get to know them — what makes them laugh, what helps them feel calm, and how to bring out their confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
Whether it’s imaginative play, arts and crafts, baking, outdoor adventures, helping with homework, or simply being a reassuring and steady presence after a difficult day, Nicky loves creating positive experiences that children genuinely enjoy. Her calm nature, patience, and sense of humour help children feel comfortable quickly, while parents appreciate knowing their child is in safe and capable hands.
